Service Advisor Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at the service reception
• Book in vehicles and raise/close job cards
• Obtain work authorisations
• Coordinate with the workshop regarding work in progress
• Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers, and upselling
