Overview

Role: Service Advisor – Location: Norwich, Norfolk – Hours: Full Time: 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday-Friday + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8.00am-1.00pm
Pay: £30,000 with OTE £35,000

We\'re seeking an organised and proactive Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor for our Client\'s Main Car & Light Commercial Dealer in Norwich.

Responsibilities
  • Making and taking inbound and outbound calls & dealing with e-mails in a courteous and effective manner;
  • Being the go-between for Customers and Technicians - keeping customers updated with service requirements and activity on their vehicle;
  • Liaising with other departments including Parts and Sales;
  • Dealing with any customer complaints and escalating where necessary;
  • Advising customers on work required to their vehicle, gaining authorisation for work to be completed;
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times with the aim of exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience of delivering high levels of customer service in a busy and demanding environment - experience within the Motor Industry is highly beneficial;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence dealing with customers;
  • Results-focused and resilient - able to learn from feedback and make constant improvements to the customer service;
  • Motor Industry experience and/or any technical knowledge of vehicle mechanics would be highly beneficial.
