Overview

Service Advisor
Basic Salary: £28500
OTE: Up to £36,000
Location: Oldham
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00, every other Saturday 08:00-13:00

Responsibilities

Arranging Service Department bookings. Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards. Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor - 2 years ideally
• Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
• Previous experience Upselling
• Full manual UK Driving Licence
