Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
• Booking in vehicles
• Raising and closing job cards
• Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out
• Liaising with the workshop in regards to work in progress
• Arranging courtesy cars using the One Link system
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and up-selling

Requirements / Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have main dealer experience
• Excellent customer service
• Upsales and administration skills
• If you have experience with RTC, One Link and Kerridge this would be a distinct advantage
