Candidates should possess dealership experience and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions and upselling services. As a Service Advisor, you are fundamental to our customers’ ownership experience, and the overall performance of the Aftersales Department. Combining your vehicle technical knowledge with strong communication skills, you’ll ensure vehicles are serviced or repaired correctly first time, driving sales of valued added services, and fostering long‑term customer relationships.

Porsche Centre West London is our largest Centre in the south of England and soon to be the largest aftersales facility for Porsche globally. Our Centre is divided over 2 locations. Our main Centre is conveniently located on the A4 and just a short walk from the vibrant Chiswick High Road, with free staff parking just a short walk away; Gunnersbury Tube or Chiswick Park Station are within a 15‑minute walk. We have a dedicated satellite after‑sales service near Kew, easily accessible from the A4 with onsite parking.
