A leading automotive service provider in Gloucester is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. The role involves writing repair orders, monitoring the repair process, and ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates should have strong communication skills and motor trade experience. The position offers a salary between £29,000 and £32,000 per annum and involves working with a dynamic service department with some shifts at the Swindon depot.

Service Advisor

Salary: £29,000 to £32,000 Per Annum

Working Hours: 08:30 am to 17:00 pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Location: Gloucester

My client, one of the leading Commercial Main Dealers, is looking to expand their service department and requires an experienced Service Advisor for their Gloucester Depot.

Responsibilities
  • Writing orders for repair work
  • Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed
  • Up selling after sales services
  • Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Kerridge experience hugely beneficial

Additional Information

Come March the position will also include shifts at the Swindon depot for 1 or 2 days per week for a period of time which will come with fuel allowance to cater for additional mileage.
