Overview

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automot ive multi-franchise approved car dealership, who are recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Bristol area.

• Starting salary up to £28,571 per annum, depending on experience.
• £6,000+ additional annual bonus potential, with some Vehicle Service Advisors earning over £12,000+ per annum.

Working Hours

8:00am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-2:00pm paid as overtime.

Requirements

• Experience working in a Service Advisor role.
• Ability to upsell on service work and service plans.
• Customer focused with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with using motor dealership database software.

Duties

• Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle.
• Produce job cards on in-house computer systems.
• Update customers and vehicle records.
• Prepare and complete invoices.
• Advise customers on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed.
• Other ad-hoc duties as the role requires.

Salary and Application

For your hard work, the client is offering a salary of up to £28,571 with OTE of circa £40,000.
