Job summary

A dedicated recruitment agency seeks an experienced Service Advisor for a Plymouth-based independent garage focused on used cars. You will ensure excellent customer service, manage communication between the workshop and customers, and maintain records. Strong customer service skills and experience in a selling environment are essential. A background in aftersales and parts is preferred. Competitive salary up to £30k OTE.

The client makes a big impact locally and have a very strong presence in Plymouth. They are looking to meet experienced service advisors, although a background in aftersales and parts would be an advantage.
