Service Advisor at Sytner Jaguar Land Rover Bristol

We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Jaguar Land Rover Bristol.

As a Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between our customers and the workshop. Your responsibilities will include informing and consulting on vehicle servicing, keeping customers updated at every stage, and liaising with technicians about vehicle statuses to ensure timely completion. You will also advise customers on our products and services.

This role requires a focus on customer care, building rapport, and understanding customer needs. Sytner Service Advisors typically work flexible hours, including weekends, to provide high levels of service.

About you

No previous experience is necessary; we welcome applications from individuals eager to learn and grow. Training will be provided through our in-house Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses by Jaguar Land Rover.

Ideally, you will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer service background. Knowledge of Kerridge is advantageous but not essential. Candidates must have Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry as a minimum requirement.
