Are you passionate about delivering high-quality IT services and building strong client relationships? Join our Aerospace, Defence and Security (ADS) team and play a key role in supporting service delivery for critical projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Cheltenham, Gloucestershire area, where you'll work closely with a senior service manager to ensure smooth operations and outstanding client engagement.

What you'll be doing
  • Monitoring and measuring service delivery against performance indicators to demonstrate achievements against contract and SLA expectations.
  • Delivering services within agreed scope, timescales, financial and quality measures.
  • Supporting continuous service improvement and evolution through proactive engagement.
  • Ensuring effective client engagement and timely reporting of critical issues.
  • Identifying and helping lead service risks.
  • Championing delivery methodologies and tools.
  • Understanding of service delivery models.
  • Experience with SLA reporting and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Background in IT services.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on service excellence.
It would be great if you had
  • Experience in contract management.
  • Membership of a recognised professional IT body.
  • Professional Service Management qualification such as ITIL.
  • Relevant sector experience.
