Service Account Manager - Security | South East (home-based, client sites within the M25) | Up to £55,000 depending on experience + car / allowance

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day service delivery across multiple security sites
  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients
  • Monitor engineer performance and SLA compliance
  • Analyse service data and produce performance reports
  • Oversee small works, surveys and service improvements
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and internal teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve service and grow accounts
  • Ensure all works comply with industry standards and regulations
Technical Focus
  • CCTV systems
  • Access Control
  • Intruder alarms (basic)
  • Enterprise platforms such as:
    • C-Cure
    • Lenel
    • Gallagher
Experience
  • Background as a field engineer within security systems
  • Previous experience in a Service Manager / Account Manager role
  • Strong technical knowledge of CCTV and access control systems
  • Experience managing enterprise-level sites
  • Ability to interpret data and manage SLA performance
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Organised, proactive and commercially aware
