We are a global organization connecting international students with meaningful internship opportunities around the world. We are now seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to help us build strong partnerships with local host companies that can provide internship placements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with companies across London, Berlin, New York, Seoul & Tokyo willing to host interns.
• Build and maintain strong B2B relationships.
• Develop region‑specific outreach strategies and contribute to overall partnership growth.
• Collaborate closely with our partnerships and operations teams.

Working Hours

Flexible Hours (15 hours a week)

Qualifications

• Proven experience in international lead generation or B2B business development (minimum 2 years).
• Excellent communication in English (additional languages are at an advantage).
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones.
• Self‑starter with measurable success in previous roles.
• References from previous roles required.
• Important: For this role you must be based in the UK and hold the Right to Work in the UK.

Location & Compensation

Location: UK‑based. Setup: 100% remote, with quarterly team meet‑ups and time together at industry events.
Type: Full‑time.
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
