Key job responsibilities
  • Architect Innovative Solutions: Design advanced, AWS-optimized communication architectures for enterprise customers
  • Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance to GTM teams and unblock critical customer business challenges
  • Customer Advocacy: Represent customer perspectives, curating feature requests and technical feedback
  • Knowledge Sharing: Create enablement materials and thought leadership content across technical forums
  • Community Development: Support and guide an internal network of technical subject matter experts

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in specific technology domain areas like software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data and analytics
  • Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
  • Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries
  • Experience in the customer service/contact center industry
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with end user or developer communities
  • Experience communicating complex ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Advanced infrastructure and networking architecture experience
  • Deep understanding of enterprise communication technologies
