Description:

Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) are looking for a Senior Workplace Savings Consultant to join our Corporate Workplace Saving team in either Bristol or London. This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement work three-days per week in the office.

The MMB Corporate Workplace Saving team provides DC pension consulting services and Darwin Pension Specialist Consultancy to a range of clients, the majority of which use Darwin, our SaaS (that’s software as a service) platform for global benefits management, auto-enrolment and employee engagement.

As a Workplace Savings Consultant, you will work with leading companies in the UK and provide pension / wider workplace savings and Darwin consultancy services to their allocated clients.

We will count on you to:

  • Provide clients with pension consulting services in line with the client’s service schedule
  • Support clients with Automatic Enrolment and the use of the AE module on Darwin
  • Provide pension consultancy services, including scoping and managing Darwin related projects
  • Meet your client retention target, ensuring clients remain profitable and create efficiencies
  • Cross‑selling/product mix. Deliver the whole firm to the client. Identify opportunities where you or your colleagues from the wider team or business could assist the client meet their goals
  • Know your retention and growth targets for the year as well as your pipeline and have an evolving plan as to how you will achieve your goals
  • Support with the development of Associate Workplace Saving Consultants

What you need to have:

  • Solid relevant experience in client facing DC pension consulting role
  • CII or equivalent level 4 qualification or working towards
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organisational, time-management skills.
  • Have a commercially focused mind‑set
  • Being flexible to meet the needs of the team
