A regional health authority in the UK is seeking a motivated individual to manage NHS workforce systems and ensure data accuracy. The role includes resolving data issues, delivering training, and supporting users with the new workforce solution. Ideal candidates will possess strong Microsoft Office skills, experience in training delivery, and the ability to work in a bilingual environment. This is a permanent, full-time contract offering a salary of £27,898 to £30,615 per annum, with opportunities for home and remote working.
We are looking for a motivated individual to promote the use of Self‑Service functionality on the new workforce solution by facilitating and supporting users.
The post holder will be self‑motivated and hard working with a flexible approach to work.
You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the framework that underpins the Electronic Staff Record, enabling payroll and HR functions, whilst preparing for the transition to the new workforce solution.
You will be required to support the accurate and timely entry of data into the systems.
This role is responsible for the management of NHS workforce systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with NHS policies and procedures.
The post holder will monitor and resolve system, access and data issues, analyse and validate reports to maintain high standards of data quality, and extract complex workforce information to support operational and statutory requirements.
The role includes the day‑to‑day management and development of staff, delivery of specialist system training and guidance to users, and the handling and prioritisation of routine enquiries to ensure a high‑quality service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
