Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Dinghy and/or Windsurf Instructor.
• Valid First Aid certificate is required.
• RYA membership is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding water sports instruction.
• Prepare and run activities on and off the water.
• Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure

Strong organizational and time management skills

Skilled in safety procedures

Knowledge of the current Sailing/Windsurfing industry

Ability to assist with rigging and de-rigging

Education

Royal Yachting Association (RYA) qualification

International Certificate of Competence (ICC)
