Join Marsh's Political Risk & Structured Credit (PRSC) team in the UK as a Senior Account Manager, leading a major bank client engagement and supporting the growth of our specialized practice. As a key member of Marsh's PRSC team in the UK, you will oversee strategic client relationships, develop tailored risk management solutions, and lead a talented sub-team to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of structured credit and political risk, collaborating with top-tier clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to drive business success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, service, and grow a major bank client account within Marsh's Political Risk & Structured Credit (PRSC) team, including developing strategic relationships and providing tailored risk management advice.
  • Lead meetings with clients and insurers, oversee the implementation of solutions, and ensure high standards of client service and account administration.
  • Support and mentor a sub-team of 4-5 professionals, ensuring quality work, resolving complex issues, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
  • Drive internal projects, contribute to revenue targets, and promote Marsh McLennan's value proposition both internally and externally.
What you need to have
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with over 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in structured credit or a similar practice.
  • Broad technical knowledge of structured credit, including corporate finance, trade finance, asset-backed finance, and securitization transactions.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
