Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in travel insurance claims, especially complex cases.
  • Strong technical understanding of the claims process and policies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process complex travel insurance claims.
  • Manage caseloads to ensure timely progression.
  • Lead negotiations and settlements within authority.
  • Support the Technical Claims Manager in customer outcomes.
  • Champion continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Build relationships with customers and third parties.

Skills
