Qualifications

  • Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver a range of planning projects from inception through to determination.
  • Prepare, submit and negotiate planning applications, appeals and pre-application strategies.
  • Provide clear, commercially focused planning advice to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, stakeholders and clients.
  • Support and mentor junior members of the planning team.
  • Contribute to business development and the growth of the regional planning offering.

Skills

Strong experience within the UK planning system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence to manage projects and client relationships independently

Education

Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
MRTPI (or working towards chartership)
