Qualifications

  • Familiarity with industry regulations such as OFCOM and ACMA.

Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with MNOs and regulators for compliance submissions and inquiries
  • Drive registration with regulatory authorities and certification bodies across multiple markets
  • Maintain and administer regulatory accounts/portals
  • Prepare and submit ongoing reports related to compliance and fraud monitoring
  • Monitor ticket queues for incoming compliance tasks and escalate as necessary
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in telecom operations, number management, or carrier relations
  • Deep understanding of KYC/KYB, regulatory registration, and telecom compliance protocols
  • Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g., OFCOM, ACMA, JUSA, etc.)
  • Strong documentation and portal management skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA) and collaboration tools (Confluence, Slack, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with RCS, short codes, TFNs, and global messaging/voice markets
  • Comfortable working across cross-functional teams in a regulated environment
