As a Senior Tekla Technician, you’ll lead a small team of Tekla Technicians while producing high-quality models and drawings across exciting structural engineering projects predominately in the temporary works market. What you’ll need:

• A qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering or similar (HNC/Bachelor’s).
• Proven Tekla Structures experience (steel and concrete ideally, though strong experience in one material is fine).
• Previous experience leading or managing a team of technicians.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction practices.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-first approach.
• Confidence handling multiple projects and deadlines.
