Job summary

A leading semiconductor company in Warwick is looking for a Senior Technician in Test Development. You will oversee Test Lab activities and support engineering teams in PCB assembly and re-work. The ideal candidate has an Associates Degree in electronics or related fields, with strong skills in equipment maintenance and basic soldering. Offering a competitive salary range between $47,300 and $65,000, plus participation in an incentive plan.

As a Senior Technician, Test Development you will contribute to the expansion of the Infineon Team!!!

In your new role you will:

• Oversee day to day activities of the Test Lab in the design center, including calibration, equipment maintenance, inventory management and documentation
• Coordinate external vendor visits
• Provide support to engineering team for PCB Assembly and re-work
• Provide support to engineering team for PCB layout
• Assist team with testing of customer samples and characterization samples

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Associates Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Experience with equipment maintenance
• Basic understanding of building facilities
• Basic soldering skills
• Familiarity with schematic capture and layout tools
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Programs such as Word / Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing to work overtime if necessary
• Willing to work night or weekend if necessary
