A government health department in Tasmania is looking for an ICT Deployment Technician to manage the installation and deployment of ICT hardware and software in healthcare facilities. The role requires strong technical support skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Applicants should possess qualifications in ICT and relevant certifications. This position offers a full-time permanent role with competitive salary and benefits.

As an ICT Deployment Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and deployment of ICT hardware and software across healthcare facilities. Your work ensures that systems are correctly set up, secure, and ready for use by clinical and administrative staff.

The Department of Health Tasmania oversees various hospitals across the state, including the Royal Hobart Hospital, Launceston General Hospital, Northwest Regional Hospital, and Mersey Community Hospital, as well as district hospitals and ambulance services. Additionally, it provides community health, mental health, and primary healthcare services to the Tasmanian community through more than 300 sites.

Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.

$98,255 to $103,069 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
