Qualifications

• Experience in delivering UK NHS healthcare projects at RIBA Stages 3-7.
• Direct experience within live hospital environments and complex decant programmes.
• Knowledge of fire, ventilation, and water safety in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical design and delivery of acute healthcare projects.
• Produce detailed technical packages for construction and live site delivery.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary consultant inputs including MEP and structural teams.

Skills

Strong experience delivering UK NHS healthcare projects

First-hand experience of NHS Trust approval processes

Proven working knowledge of HTMs and HBNs
