A leading housebuilder is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator in Hampshire to assist in the delivery of new sites. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of house construction and design. The client is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to assist in the delivery of new sites.
The main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring drawings are produced to enable a site to be developed
• Identifying and resolving technical and construction issues
• Working within established budgets
• Attending progress meetings
• Carrying out site inspections

Suitable applicants will possess a strong knowledge of house construction and a degree of flair for design. A strong Engineering understanding is also highly desireable Ideally candidates will be degree educated or possess an HNC in Building Studies or a related discipline.
