Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in modelling notations, such as UML, DFD, ERD, etc.
  • Experience in requirements engineering and business process modelling.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Use technical artifacts to document business requirements.
  • Own Epics and User Stories throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Assess and compare different solutions to address business requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers and QAs in clarification of requirements.
  • Analyze complex datasets to extract insights for data-driven decisions.
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards for business feedback.

What You’ll Do:
  • Use technical artifacts to document business requirements (process flows, entity diagrams, etc.).
  • Own Epics and User Stories throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Assess and compare different solutions to address business requirements.
  • Maintain technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineers and QAs in clarification of requirements and feature development.
  • Capture non‑functional requirements (e.g., scalability, performance, security).
  • Validate assumptions via data analysis with stakeholders and tech teams.
  • Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Specify and document integration solutions to ensure system interoperability.
  • Support testing activities including writing and reviewing IT.
  • Analyze complex datasets to extract insights and enable data‑driven decisions.
  • Contribute to testing strategies for automation and non‑functional requirements.
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports for business feedback.
  • Use SQL for basic reporting (aggregations, calculations, summaries).
  • Assist Sales and Product teams with RFPs, demos, and POCs.
Management Tasks:
  • Optional: Day‑to‑day coordination of development teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Detail‑oriented with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in modelling notations, such as UML, DFD, ERD, system architecture diagrams, etc.
  • Experience in requirements engineering and business process modelling.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
