This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a business undergoing major transformation, modernising core systems, streamlining commercial operations, and building smarter internal infrastructure to support continued growth.
You’ll act as the critical link between product, engineering, and leadership teams, working on the technology that underpins pricing, revenue optimisation, and internal decision-making tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Deep dive into existing internal systems (some legacy), and build a strong understanding of how data flows through the business
• Translate business challenges into clear, technical requirements for engineering teams
• Act as a conduit between stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment at every stage
• Document system behaviours, data structures, workflows, and user requirements to support development
• Help identify blockers and risks, offering practical solutions to keep progress on track
• Rapidly absorb new concepts across pricing, data, revenue, and operational tech stacks
• Ensure technical documentation is complete, consistent, and reflects stakeholder needs

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst role (ideally in financial services or data-driven environments)
• Excellent grasp of data analytics, with working knowledge of SQL or similar
• Experience supporting large-scale systems change or legacy-to-modern platform migrations
• Strong communication skills – comfortable working cross-functionally across engineering, ops, and exec teams
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
• Collaborative mindset and a willingness to step in where needed

Nice to Have (Not Essential)

• Exposure to pricing or revenue operations systems
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, or BI dashboards
• Familiarity with agile delivery environments
