An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Team Assistant to join London’stop investment sector. This is a rare chance to step into a high-performing, boutique investment team at the heart of a globally respected firm.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, client-facing investment team supporting a group that includes Managing Directors, VPs, and Senior Associates. This is a divisionthat values precision, pace, and partnership—and where assistants are seen as vital to the firm's continued success.

Your work will directly support the team’s effectiveness, and you’ll be trusted with responsibilities that require confidence, organisation, and a sharp attention to detail.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited too:
  • Diary and calendar management for MD-level
  • Scheduling and coordinating complex internal and external meetings across time zones
  • Organising international travel: flights, visas, hotels, itineraries
  • Providing seamless day-to-day administrative support
  • Supporting fellow assistants and contributing to a collaborative working culture
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Team Assistant role, with at least 2 years within the investment sector (investment banking, private equity, or asset management )
  • Highly organised, reliable, and composed under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-service mindset
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach

This is a classic yet high-level support role that offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the inner workings of one of London’s top-performing investment firms. You’ll be working alongside a tight-knit group of exceptional assistants, in an environment that values development, and long-term potential.

This is a 12 month temporary assignment, full-time, 5 days in office. If you perform well, then there are additional opportunities within the firm.

£26 inclusive of holiday pay + paid overtime
