A talent consultancy is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to lead recruitment for G&A functions. In this role, you will partner with C-suite leaders to shape hiring strategies and ensure alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate has strong experience in hiring across multiple functions, particularly in Fintech or SaaS environments, and demonstrates excellent communication and relationship-building skills. This is a remote-first position based in the UK, with occasional meetings in London.

As a Senior Talent Partner (G&A), you’ll play a critical role in building high-performing business teams that drive operational excellence across our clients’ organisations.
Embedded directly within client teams, you’ll own full-cycle recruitment for roles across Finance, Strategy, Legal, People, Marketing, and Operations — helping leadership teams scale effectively through growth and change.
You’ll partner closely with C-suite leaders, department heads, and senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies, define capabilities, and ensure recruitment aligns with business goals.
You’ll need to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments — balancing operational delivery with strategic influence.
