As a Senior Talent Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of flexible talent acquisition within specialized practice areas, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality professionals to meet client demands. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on recruitment, providing the opportunity to engage with both senior stakeholders and candidates directly. You will manage end-to-end talent processes, from sourcing and selection to onboarding, while building and nurturing long-term relationships with a network of professionals. Accountabilities
  • Implement talent attraction strategies to maintain a steady pipeline of skilled professionals in targeted practice areas.
  • Support client engagement by matching suitable candidates to business needs and contributing to achievement of sales objectives.
  • Identify new talent sources, leverage networks, and engage in targeted marketing campaigns to attract top candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, offer management, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system, using data to drive efficiency and informed decision-making.
