In this role, you will be instrumental in empowering our developers with the tools and processes necessary to maximize productivity and deliver exceptional business value. You will champion DevOps practices, fostering a collaborative culture of continuous improvement, and co-designing platform solutions with product teams to enhance developer productivity and drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to co-design platform solutions.
• Promote DevOps practices and a culture of collaboration.
• Lead infrastructure projects from end to end.
• Mentor other engineers and define standards across teams.
• Automate infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident review processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a systems, infrastructure, or platform engineer, or in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) in a production environment.
• Strong experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, EKS, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, especially Terraform.
• Experience with Helm for packaging and managing Kubernetes applications.
• Comfortable with GitOps workflows, especially using tools like Argo CD.
• Solid Linux systems knowledge.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• A mindset for automating everything.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Datadog) or secrets management (e.g., HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).
• Ability to lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident review processes.
