Job summary

A leading engineering company in Greater London is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to take responsibility for the design, development, and support of innovative products. The role involves managing requirements through the engineering lifecycle, technical inputs for bidding, and trialing activities. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant engineering discipline and extensive experience as a Systems Engineer. This position offers flexible working arrangements and a competitive salary up to £65k.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge and experience of working within the Engineering Lifecycle as a Systems Engineer.
  • A good understanding of requirements capture and experience of using a requirements management tool.

  • Proving technical inputs to bidding activities.
  • Integration and production qualification activities.

Senior Systems Engineer will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role allows for flexible working.

The salary for this role is up to £65k, depending on experience.

Theskills you need
  • Degree, HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Extensive Knowledge and experience of working within the Engineering Lifecycle as a Systems Engineer

  • Knowledge and understanding of using MBSE

  • Experience of Sonar or the Underwater Battlespace environment
