The role involves managing requirements through the engineering lifecycle, technical inputs for bidding, and trialing activities. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant engineering discipline and extensive experience as a Systems Engineer. • Extensive knowledge and experience of working within the Engineering Lifecycle as a Systems Engineer.
• A good understanding of requirements capture and experience of using a requirements management tool.

Senior Systems Engineer will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role allows for flexible working.

The salary for this role is up to £65k, depending on experience.

• Degree, HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
• Extensive Knowledge and experience of working within the Engineering Lifecycle as a Systems Engineer
• A good understanding of requirements capture and experience of using a requirements management tool to manage requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of using MBSE
• Leadership and team leading
• Experience of Sonar or the Underwater Battlespace environment
