A leading global defense, security, and aerospace company is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Warton. The role involves designing prototypes and developing new products while ensuring safety and performance. Salary: £47,683 dependent on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing: Designing and assisting in the build of prototypes, products and systems suitable for testing, including the development of new products using novel technologies. Carrying out system and sub-system validation and verification, including supporting system design reviews. Doing component/interface specification and selection. Application of Control Systems Engineering practices to ensure design safety, reliability, integration and performance requirements are met. Tailoring and developing Systems Engineering practices to suit the needs of a particular project / programme of work. Carrying out problem solving and providing timely corrective actions on all assigned defects and issues.
