Qualifications

• Proven experience in estates project management within healthcare or public sector.

Responsibilities

• Conduct condition surveys.
• Manage cyclical works, refurbishments, and installations.
• Interpret survey data and write detailed specifications.
• Liaise with contractors and analyze budgets.
• Oversee procurement, site visits, snagging, and final account closure.
• Organize and deliver complex installations.
• Chair meetings and produce comprehensive reports.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations.
