Qualifications

• Extensive experience within the Surety line of business, preferably from an underwriting perspective.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with partner brokers.
• Excellent trading underwriting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and develop relationships with selected brokers.
• Review specialist Surety cases and deliver underwriting decisions.
• Identify, prioritise, negotiate and win new business.
