Qualifications

  • Must hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Desire to earn a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • 12 months senior experience in a Residential setting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Leading shifts and deputising for the Registered Manager.
  • Ensuring the team of Residential Care Workers are skilled and informed.
  • Maintaining accurate written records for monitoring and evaluation.
  • Providing support and care to young people.
  • Encouraging young people in their educational goals.
