Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs is required.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding vulnerable individuals.
• Willingness to engage in full training and work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, manage, and mentor a team of staff.
• Develop trusting relationships with service users.
• Encourage service users to engage in social activities.
• Provide personal care and administer medication.
• Work flexibly on a rota basis including evenings and weekends.
