As a Senior Support Worker, you'll be instrumental in providing high-quality, enabling care, facing new challenges and rewards daily. Your leadership and expertise are key to our success.

Develop and maintain detailed, person‑centred support plans that promote health, wellbeing, relationships, and diversity, while ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.

Implement robust activity plans that encourage autonomy, new experiences, and flexibility, regularly engaging with individuals to seek their views.

Support individuals in financial planning, medication self‑administration, and regular health reviews, adhering to the Mental Capacity Act principles.

Tailor the environment to meet individual needs, ensuring Health and Safety policies, including Fire Safety, are followed.

Recruit and manage staff through robust induction, supervision, and training processes, ensuring person‑centred schedules and personal development plans.

Deliver outstanding care and support by adhering to Salutem's Quality Assurance framework, embodying core values, and managing incidents according to policies.
