Senior Healthcare Assistant (Nights) - Full Time - Woking

Hours

38.5 hours per week (Nights) Pay : £14 weekdays | £14.50 weekends Start : Early February (brand‑new home opening)

What you'll be doing
  • Providing high‑quality, person‑centred care to our residents throughout the night
  • Supporting and guiding night‑shift care staff to ensure excellent standards
  • Administering medication and completing accurate documentation
  • Responding to residents' needs with compassion, dignity, and professionalism
  • Maintaining a safe, calm, and supportive environment during night hours
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience as a Senior HCA or strong HCA experience
  • Confidence working nights and leading a small team
  • A caring, reliable, and proactive approach
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Medication competency or willingness to train
