About the Role

Senior Support Worker | Location: Ty Seren, Swansea | Hourly rate: £12.80 to £13.70 | Full time: 40.25 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Act as shift leader.
• Assist in ensuring service scanning standards are maintained.
• Participating in the on-call rota.
• Assist in reporting and evidence gathering activities.
• Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in assessment, development and review of support and care plans.
• Promote and celebrate home’s achievements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in a positive support environment.
• QCF level 3 qualified.
• Experience in managing challenging behaviour.
• Knowledge of statutory regulations.
• Lead by example and always act as a positive role model.
• Upload company policies and standards.
• Able to understand and adhere to relevant safeguarding.
• Good awareness of conducting Health and Safety risk assessments.
• Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
