About the role

As Senior Support Worker, it is your responsibility to travel between sites to support the review of homes, in accordance with CQC principles to ensure we remain compliant and pass audits. Through data analysis and spot checks, you will identify any issues that may be present / arise and assist in the action plan to resolve them.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor quality standards across the organisation
  • Participate in the delivery of an audit and compliance programme across the business
  • Analyse data and collate findings from audits and surveys
  • Deliver appropriate training for staff to equip them with audit skills, tools and techniques
  • Provide administrative support by implementing systems, policies and procedures
