Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in manufacturing, ideally within cosmetics or FMCG.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end demand and supply planning.
• Strong decision-making skills for cost-impacting choices.

Responsibilities

• Manage short- to mid-term in-house supply planning.
• Coordinate raw materials for in-house manufacturing.
• Build and own the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Lead daily and weekly S&OE meetings.
