Qualifications

• Previous experience as a supervising social worker or working with foster parents.

• Good report writing skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritise to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Direct support of foster parents within a realistic caseload.
• Provide regular supervision to allocated foster parents.
• Work in partnership with stakeholders in assessment, planning, and safeguarding.
