Qualifications

• Ability to assist in developing purchasing policy and strategy.
• Skills in carrying out procurement of non-critical packages.
• Basic knowledge of Main Contract conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Procurement Manager in delivery of procurement.
• Maintain procurement schedules and manage tender processes.
• Provide information to stakeholders as instructed.

Skills

Experience in drafting Subcontracts, ideally NEC3

Minimum 3 years in a subcontract procurement function

Experience of running simple procurement packages

Knowledge of integrated IT Systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
