Access Talent Group are currently working with a well established consultancy who are looking for a Senior Structural Technician to come in and strengthen their drawing board in their Cardiff office. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow and expand their existing team, all whilst working on an exciting pipeline of work coming into the business.

In this role you will be in a small drawing team which already has 3 technicians in. Your day to day responsibilities will be to mentor the junior staff all whilst helping to train them up and get up to speed with your knowledge being passed on to them. The work you will be involved in will range from schools, shops, hotels and healthcare projects. You will be sure to be kept busy within the team.

To be considered for this role:

• Be an experienced Structural Technician
• Able to use AutoCAD and or Revit (working knowledge is fine)
• Experience with a range of building sectors
• Full right to live and work in the UK

In this role you will be paid a market leading salary for the work you do. You will also work on a hybrid basis so there is no requirement to be in the office on a daily basis. This consultancy will also pay for your courses that will help your AutoCAD and Revit moving forward in the future.
