A leading engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate/Senior Structural Engineer to join their team in Leicester Forest East. You will play a critical role in delivering robust structural designs across a variety of projects, from bespoke new builds to refurbishments. Responsibilities include managing project aspects, producing calculations and specifications, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, relevant experience, and a commitment to professional growth. Qualifications

  • 4+ years' experience as a Structural Engineer.
  • Chartered or working towards IStructE or ICE.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality structural designs using Eurocodes and British Standards.
  • Manage programme, cost, and sustainability objectives.
  • Review and support the work of junior engineers.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge of steel
Structural analysis software proficiency
Confident communication

Education

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (2:1 or above)
