A leading quantum computing company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Staffing Manager to lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. This role requires strategic leadership and excellent communication skills to optimize recruiting operations and create strong community partnerships. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of management experience in staffing and a Bachelor's degree. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $170,000 to $210,000 annually.
We are seeking a Senior Staffing Manager in our Broomfield, CO location. Quantinuum believes that employees work better, more efficiently and more collaboratively in close proximity to other employees, where ideas can be exchanged readily, and decisions can be made more quickly for the benefit of the Company and our customers. All employees should work at their assigned location; however, this role may offer the opportunity to work remotely 2 days per week, with approvals.

You will build and lead a high‑performing Talent Acquisition function while continuing to personally own key requisitions. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands‑on leader who excels at scaling recruiting operations, developing recruiting talent, and fostering meaningful connections within communities and professional networks.
The People & Talent organization supports every part of Quantinuum’s growth—from scientific research to engineering, product development, and business operations. As a Senior Staffing Manager, you will shape hiring strategies, lead a team of recruiters, build external partnerships, and drive high‑impact hiring events that strengthen our talent pipeline globally.
$170,000 – $210,000 a year. Incentive eligible – range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable. The pay range for this role is $170,000 – $210,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
