We are seeking a Senior Staffing Manager in our Broomfield, CO location. Quantinuum believes that employees work better, more efficiently and more collaboratively in close proximity to other employees, where ideas can be exchanged readily, and decisions can be made more quickly for the benefit of the Company and our customers. All employees should work at their assigned location; however, this role may offer the opportunity to work remotely 2 days per week, with approvals.

You will build and lead a high‑performing Talent Acquisition function while continuing to personally own key requisitions. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands‑on leader who excels at scaling recruiting operations, developing recruiting talent, and fostering meaningful connections within communities and professional networks.

About the Team

The People & Talent organization supports every part of Quantinuum’s growth—from scientific research to engineering, product development, and business operations. As a Senior Staffing Manager, you will shape hiring strategies, lead a team of recruiters, build external partnerships, and drive high‑impact hiring events that strengthen our talent pipeline globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, ensuring alignment to hiring goals, best practices, and world‑class candidate experience.
  • Act as a player‑coach, managing a portfolio of requisitions and delivering full‑cycle recruiting while guiding your team through complex and technical searches.
  • Design and execute large‑scale recruiting events, including hiring fairs, community engagements, and brand‑building outreach across strategic talent markets.
  • Build and maintain strong community partnerships, including universities and professional associations.
  • Optimize recruiting operations through KPI development, reporting, talent market insights, and process improvements that support scalable growth.
  • Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to forecast talent needs, create sourcing strategies, and ensure operational alignment across teams.
  • Strengthen Quantinuum’s employer brand through consistent representation at events, networking activities, and community programs.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree minimum.
  • Minimum 3+ years of management experience in staffing.
  • Due to contractual requirements, must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status).
  • Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

Compensation & Benefits

$170,000 – $210,000 a year. Incentive eligible – range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable. The pay range for this role is $170,000 – $210,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
