A reputable health organization in Thornbury is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their rehabilitation unit. This role involves conducting assessments, creating care plans, and leading a team to provide holistic patient care. You will manage nursing interventions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patients towards independence. The unit consists of 19 beds, and provides a rehabilitation environment where individuals who are 'medically stable' can receive rehabilitation assessment, along with focused therapy and support from our multidisciplinary team, to support independence before they return home.
This is an opportunity to gain and develop your skills within the area of discharge planning and learn more in-depth team management skills through managing a team of nurses.
