Location – Dartford, Kent

Permanent Position

Fully Remote

The Company

Privately owned, £35m turnover sprinkler contractor, who specialise in commercial sprinkler projects throughout the south of the UK. The culture and experience of the team is what makes them stand out from the rest.

The Role

Joining a team of 20 design engineers, you will be responsible for individual projects using either 2D or 3D Revit. This role can be fully remote or hybrid depending how you wish to work your week.

  • Design, model, and document fire sprinkler systems in 2D or 3D (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar BIM tools).
  • Prepare hydraulic calculations.
  • Coordinate closely with MEP teams, architects, and construction managers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop detailed plans, equipment schedules, and fabrication drawings for installation.
  • Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections when necessary.
  • Participate in design reviews and client meetings, providing technical support and updates.
  • Maintain organised design documentation and revision control.
