    • Continuously evaluate and optimise the partnership to maximise engagement and brand value.
  • Sponsorship Strategy & Execution
    • Assess new sponsorship opportunities using a structured scorecard approach to ensure alignment with brand and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sponsorship activity into broader marketing and communications plans.
    • Support the delivery of marketing assets including collateral, email campaigns, podcasts, social media, and video content.
  • Events & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Support the wider events and sponsorship team in planning and delivering events, including logistics, hosting, and on-site coordination.
    • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across branches and divisions to ensure sponsorship rights are fully leveraged.
    • Represent Charles Stanley at events, occasionally outside of standard working hours.
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Work with the Reporting & Analytics Manager to track performance, extract insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Brand Consistency
    • Ensure all sponsorship and event communications align with our brand tone and visual identity.
